Home Expert offers primarily technical support to homeowners of both primary and secondary houses.

Home Expert also offers a service of regular visits and maintenance schedules, co-ordinating trusted artisans.

For a simple monthly fee depending on the level of intervention, Home Expert offers for a small number of clients a bespoke property management service, that can include management of key third party facilities such as security, gardening & swimming pool, housekeeping, heating & air conditioning servicing, utilities and car servicing. Specific work (maintenance or otherwise) can then be added as required on a small project basis.
